International graffiti collective founded in Aotearoa in 1996
Exist began painting graffiti in Hamilton around 1987 with his writing partner Riot. A pioneer of the North Island freight scene, him and Phat One built a connection sending dedications on their pieces back and forth between the cities. He has been a member of TMD since 1998.
He relocated to Auckland in 2000 and became a driving influence within the crew, particularly impacting the letter style of the time. Exist is also an original member of Hamilton Hip Hop collective 4Corners as a B-Boy and writer.
